I was at another place previously and they promised everything, but delivered poor care. I spoke to Amy the Admissions Director and she had an opening at the MediLodge of Holland location. I decided to come here and it was the BEST choice ever! ALL the staff are so helpful and they want what’s the best for the patient. I finally feel like my voice is being heard. MediLodge of Holland is a great place and very clean. Last but not least, It’s so refreshing to not see any employees on their phones talking to the their friends, but actually engaging with the residents.
Being at MediLodge of Holland was a very positive experience for me! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and willing to help me with anything I needed. Ken in Physical Therapy was always so patient with me and helped me get stronger, which is what I came here for. Thank you Ken for your patience with me and I really enjoyed our little works outs. The food was always hot and quite tasty! Thank you MediLodge of Holland for everything and to all of you, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
